ABSTRACT
Source abstract
Neurological complications in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) may result from disease, CNS involvement, or treatment. We report a 13-year-old girl with persistent headache and blurred vision suggestive of raised intracranial pressure. MRI findings and clinical evaluation raised suspicion for a possible immune-mediated or demyelinating process, improved following IVIG therapy.
